The special toughening agent for nylon (PA) developed by our company has both flexibility and rigidity, which is different from the toughening agent in current market. Our product WDK029 not only has effective toughening effect, but also has certain rigidity.

There is similar activity group to matrix resin in molecular chain of WDK029, and can be compatible with nylon material.

It is widely used for improving toughness of PA6, PA66, glass fiber reinforced products, and does not lose the rigidity of materials. It can improve the processing problem that the PA shrinkage is so large that it can deform easily.

Use method: Can be mixed directly with the material evenly, without drying treatment; the granulating effect is better if extruded by screw.

Reference dosage: 5%~10% or according to the requirements and cost performance.

Storage: Paper-plastic bag with sealing lining; it weighs about 25 kg/bag.

Store it in dry and ventilated place and guard against moisture and fire.
